Access Recycling offer a range of scrap metal recycling solutions.
This includes scrap metal recovery, scrap metal processing and classification, bulk scrap transport and safety and environmental care.

For the past eight years Access Recycling has had a dedicated team based within the Newcastle OneSteel mill, processing and loading reject steel products as contractors for Sims Metal.

Significant volumes of new steel products are sent to our people daily for sorting, cutting and loading onto trucks before being sent to be recycled. Operating within this large, complex and sensitive site requires constant dedication to safety and environment care.

The Environment & Safety

Our approach to safety and environmental care is second to none - we have experience working in sensitive areas and on sites where many hazards exist. As a result we have been successful in winning contracts with large national organisations. Our staff work in an environment where safety and pollution are of the highest concern.

We also have extensive experience in the rehabilitation of council landfill sites. Access Recycling has worked with many Shire Councils throughout NSW to assist with earthworks, often recovering large quantities of scrap steel from old dumping grounds. This important work often helps to remove environmental hazards from disused landfills.
